Fizz and the delivery team were incredible- I had a somewhat challenging delivery location and they made it happen easily by using their brains – super efficient and handled the spa with great care. You can’t go wrong with CalSpas – thanks y’all! 5/29/26 A little follow up review here after using the tub for a couple of months. First- the tub is amazing- we use it everyday usually once sometimes twice- it is great on massaging your muscles and keeping everything flexible, great jets with as much adjustable power as you want. I start every day sipping my coffee in my hot tub, amazing and my favorite part of the day. Second- after spending some time using the tub I can now tell you that it is well constructed. The frame, the shell the pumps and electronics all quality and it feels like it will last and be reliable. Third- not long after installation, we had an issue with the board not working properly . Gracie at CalSpas was super responsive and had a technician, Adam, replace the board within days. Both Gracie and Adam were knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. The spa works great now. Thanks CalSpas… how did I ever live without one?!

I had a fantastic experience with Cal Spas of Sacramento from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. In the showroom, David (Tex) was incredible. He is highly knowledgeable, answered all my questions with ease, and pointed me directly to the perfect spa for my needs—the Kona Plus 533L—without any high-pressure tactics. Before delivery day, Gracie, the office administrator, worked closely with me to make sure everything would go smoothly. She meticulously reviewed the delivery path from the front yard to the final spot to ensure there wouldn’t be any obstacles, correctly identifying ahead of time that a gate and a downspout would need to be temporarily removed. Her proactive communication saved us a massive headache on drop-off day. When the day arrived, Fis and his crew handled the heavy lifting. Removing my old spa was definitely a major challenge, but they worked efficiently, safely, and got the job done perfectly before seamlessly installing the new one. As for the spa itself, the Kona Plus 533L is amazing. I upgraded it with the Gecko controller and WiFi module, and having the ability to control everything right from my phone makes an already great spa even better. It is rare to find a business where the sales, office management, and delivery teams all operate at this high of a level. If you are shopping for a spa, go see David and Gracie—you’ll be in great hands the entire way through!

Chris helped me out of a very frustrating situation. After buying a spa online and getting ripped off, I had 4 days to buy a spa and get it delivered for my wife’s birthday. I called a few other pre owned spa shops in the area with lackluster results; I also didn’t have time to make it to the showroom which was a prerequisite for other places. Chris had the spa ready and was able to accommodate my strict timetable. He was really professional during the entire process. Delivery day is where NorCal Spas shined. I have an 1/8th mile driveway with a 12 percent downhill grade; most deliveries are impossible. Chris’ guys didn’t flinch got the spa to my pad and educated me about proper spa care along the way. The spa Chris sold me was a refurbished Leap Frog spa. All the replacement parts, filters, and cover was OEM Leap Frog parts which he spared no expense on. My spa looks brand new and was a fraction of the cost of a new spa from China. If you’re in the market, don’t buy new, Buy a refurbished spa from Chris.
